3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided verbally or in writing are good-faith assessments based on information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed written contract. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered once work begins, or if material costs change materially between the estimate and the start of work.

Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed will be documented in a written change order, which must be approved by both parties before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will communicate your expected start date in writing. We are not liable for delays caused by permit processing times, weather, material supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a project after signing a contract, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund policies, are specified in your written contract. Deposits covering work already performed or materials already ordered are non-refundable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written contract and typically include a deposit at signing and one or more progress or completion payments. Final payment is due upon project completion and your acceptance of the finished work.

Payments not received by their due date may result in a pause in work until the account is brought current. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted byCalifornia law.

We accept payment by check, ACH transfer, or other methods specified in your contract. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee, which will be disclosed before you authorize that payment method.

6. Permits and Inspections

For projects that require a building permit under applicable California and local codes, we will pull the required permit on your behalf as part of the contracted scope of work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and are either included in the contract price or billed as a pass-through cost.

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for inspections by city or county officials. We are not responsible for project delays caused by inspection backlogs or re-inspection requirements arising from conditions outside our work.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property, including any known HOA requirements, easements, or site conditions that could affect the project.
• Clear the work area of furniture, plants, vehicles, and other items before the scheduled start date.
• Ensure that our crew has unobstructed access to the work area throughout the project.
• Obtain HOA approval for the project if required by your community, before construction begins.

8. Warranty

We warrant our labor against defects in workmanship for the period specified in your written contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear.

Materials and products installed as part of your project are covered by the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. We will assist you in pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim, but we are not responsible for honoring manufacturer warranties on your behalf.
